Manufacturer Quality Bed Bases for Adjustable Beds

After unpacking and checking all components, lay out the adjustable bed sides and ends.
Align the corner brackets of the adjustable bed pedestal base and hook the end panel into the sides, repeat for all four corners.
NOTE. The brackets are perfect for location and strength. To achieve a flush fit, it may be necessary to use a flat screwdriver to lever the bracket wider, and tap the end panel using a block and hammer.
To secure the adjustable bed pedestal base requires only four screws, one in each corner.
Unpack the adjustable bed mechanism and remove all packaging.
Drop the adjustable bed hand control inside the pedestal base. Feed the mains plug under the back panel of the adjustable bed. Feed the hand control under the side of the bed that you want it.
Two people are required to lift the adjustable bed mechanism into the pedestal base. Be careful not to trap fingers doing this.
Test the adjustable bed mechanism, raising and lowering the head and foot ends.
Locate and fix the side mattress retaining bars to the adjustable bed mechanism and screw them into the slats.
Fix the foot end retaining bar to the adjustable bed mechanism.
Position the adjustable bed where you want it, and lock the braked castors.
The middle section of the adjustable bed mechanism can be adjusted to be firmer or softer which is useful for when you are in a sitting position and your weight is vertically down.
Place the mattress on the adjustable bed and enjoy!
